Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Yes, that's possible, but only if you let us know quickly enough. Orders are often processed the same day. So please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make a change or cancellation.

What should I do if I accidentally entered an incorrect address?
No problem, you can have it changed as long as you inform us in time. Please send your correct address as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change it for you free of charge. Unfortunately, once your package is on its way, we can't change the address, but we'll help you with the next steps.
Can I also pay afterwards?
Yes, that's possible! With Klarna, you can choose to pay later. This way, you receive your SHATY order first and pay later.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
If you order before 11:59 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. You'll usually receive your SHATY package the next day.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your package has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link by email. This way, you can easily follow your order all the way to your door.
What are the shipping costs?
At SHATY you always pay no shipping costs, regardless of the size of your order or where in Europe you live.
Do you also deliver to Belgium and other countries?
Yes! We deliver throughout Europe, including Belgium. Orders shipped internationally usually take 2–5 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! You have 30 days to return your order. However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
