Return Policy & Guidelines

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

What are the return conditions?

  • Returned items must be reported within 30 days of receipt (or in-store purchase).

  • After registering your return, you have 14 days to actually send the package.

  • All items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original (plastic) packaging.

  • Starter packs, sets and colour sets must be returned complete and in the same condition as received.

  • The return form must be pre-approved. Without approval, the return cannot be processed.

  • The order must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Attention – Sale items

Products purchased during a sale or with a discount cannot be returned.
Reason: Sale items are offered at a significantly reduced price and are part of a temporary clearance or promotion. Therefore, these products cannot be resold or reinstated.

Are returns free?

Yes, returns are free, under the following conditions:

  • You pay the return shipping costs in advance.

  • Please email us proof of return shipping costs (receipt or invoice) along with your order number.

  • Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount and the amount of the return shipping costs to the account used to place the order.

Returns must be sent using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transport.

What are the return options?

If you are not satisfied with your online order or purchase in the store, you can return it within 30 days, with the exception of sale items.

What is the return procedure?

  1. You can register your return within 30 days of receipt or purchase in the store.

  2. After registering, you have 14 days to send in your return according to the instructions below.

  3. Once your return has been received in good order, it will be processed within 5 working days.

  4. The refund (including return shipping costs after receipt of proof of shipment) will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your return.

My product is broken or damaged

If your product arrived damaged or defective, or if it's still under warranty, please contact us. In that case, you can return it free of charge.

Return instructions

Step 1
Download the return form and print it.

Step 2
Please complete the form in full and include it with your return shipment.

Step 3
Return the package. The return address is listed on the form.

Please keep your shipping receipt until you are certain SHATY has received the package safely. This receipt can be requested if the return package is not received.
