Are you not satisfied with your product for any reason? Then you can make use of our money-back guarantee. In that case, you will receive the purchase amount back and may keep the product. You therefore do not need to return the product.

How do you use the warranty?

To make use of the satisfaction guarantee, we ask you to contact us within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Send an email to contact@shaty.nl containing:

• your order number
• the reason why you want to make use of the satisfaction guarantee (feedback is appreciated, but not required)

Upon receipt of your request, our team will review it. If the request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.

Warranty conditions

In order to offer this guarantee fairly and sustainably, the following conditions apply:

• The satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to purchases at the regular retail price.
• Orders placed with discounts, promotional prices, bundle offers, or discount codes are excluded from this guarantee.
• The warranty can be used a maximum of once per product per customer.
• In the event of repeated use or suspected misuse of the warranty, we reserve the right to refuse a claim or apply modified conditions.
• SHATY reserves the right to request additional information to verify the application.

In addition, this satisfaction guarantee does not apply to the following product categories:

• loose colors
• color sets
• accessories
• Base & Top Coats

This satisfaction guarantee is an additional service from SHATY and is separate from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
