Shipping policy

Where is my order?

You will find a Track & Trace number in the email with your order confirmation. Via the attached link you can track exactly where your order is and when you can expect it.

For shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, if you pay before 11:59 PM (Netherlands) or 10:00 PM (Belgium) on a working day, your order will usually be delivered the next day.

Does your order unexpectedly not arrive within the expected delivery time? Please contact us in time. Please note that we can only initiate an investigation with the delivery service within two weeks of the original delivery date.

When will I receive my order if I order during the weekend?

Do you order and pay on a Saturday or Sunday? Your order will then be delivered on Monday.

What else should I know about shipping?

Once we have received your payment, we will send a confirmation by email. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping confirmation (sender: noreply@cb.nl).

Please note that delivery times are indicative. We do our best to deliver everything on time, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

How is my order shipped?

We package your order with care and attention, so that everything arrives to you in perfect condition.

  • Deliveries to the Netherlands are delivered by DHL.

  • Deliveries to Belgium are provided by PostNL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to track your package.
