Return
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt .
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused
- be unopened
- be in the original packaging
- be complete (for sets or starter packs)
If the product does not meet these conditions, we regret that we cannot accept the return.
Return costs
Returns are free.
You will initially pay the return shipping costs yourself. Send us the proof of shipment along with your order number by email.
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund:
- the purchase amount
- the return shipping costs incurred
return via the same payment method .
We advise you to always send your return using a traceable shipping method .
Loose colors
For orders of individual colors, we prefer to exchange for another color whenever possible. Please contact us first so that we can find a suitable solution together.
Return procedure
- Download the return form and fill it out completely.
- Send an email to contact@shaty.nl with your order number to register your return.
- Add the completed return form to your package.
- After registering, you have 14 days to send the package.
As soon as we have received your return, we will process it within 5 working days .
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return at the latest.
Damaged or defective product
Have you received a damaged or defective product ? Please contact us at contact@shaty.nl so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.
